Very Nice place to stay during business trip Very satified with this hotel visit. Their internet worked and they had AC and heat. Good place to stay if you're on a business trip for a couple of weeks.

Last minute booking We booked this hotel last minute. Check in was easy and there were no problems. There were a few things in the room that we found unsatisfactory; the TV remote did not work for the TV which my boyfriend found very inconvenient. We took it to the desk to replace the batteries and that still didn't work. And the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress seemed very hard and was not the most comfortable to sleep on. Other than those two things, our overnight stay was decent.

Very nice accommodation. This was a very nice accommodation. Very comfortable and roomy, and a very friendly staff.

Nice kitchen features Staff was helpful. Loved the kitchen area. It was difficult to find. GPS could not locate hotel. Overall room was clean. Rates were very good.

Clean room but minimal updating I wanted a hotel within an easy drive of Chicago but without Chicago prices. When I checked in, the clerk said the only room she had left was an upgrade from what I had booked online. However, she mentioned that the door to the room sticks and new one had been ordered. I was fine with that. In addition to the door issue, the room looked like it hadn't been updated recently. It didn't seem like an upgrade from anything I was expecting when I booked it.
