Nice kitchen features Staff was helpful. Loved the kitchen area. It was difficult to find. GPS could not locate hotel. Overall room was clean. Rates were very good.

Clean room but minimal updating I wanted a hotel within an easy drive of Chicago but without Chicago prices. When I checked in, the clerk said the only room she had left was an upgrade from what I had booked online. However, she mentioned that the door to the room sticks and new one had been ordered. I was fine with that. In addition to the door issue, the room looked like it hadn't been updated recently. It didn't seem like an upgrade from anything I was expecting when I booked it. overnight OK near airport Our room's air conditioning did not work and we had to ask for another room, which was quickly provided and upgraded.

Great, clean, inexpensive place to stay if you don't mind commuting to downtown We checked in at 2 am and out at 11 am. Perfect price because we just needed a place to sleep after and before doing our entertaining in the city. We would stay here again!

Average Did not get what I booked at hotels.com, they did not have king size which is what was offered at hotel.com. Room and bed just average.

We stay here frequently and for the most part it's not a bad place to stay. Could use some updating. Normally we have no problem with the room but this time the coffee pot was dirty, their was no coffee or filters available. Thats about the only complaint.
