not bad at all the hotel was great. Very clean, the hotel staff was the best. The staff was quick to respond to my needs. My only complaint is that the bed was comfortable BUT while sleeping the mattress squeaked all night (not trying to be funny). Originally i was scheduled to stay 6 days but was only able to stay 1 day and the staff had no problem with the change.

Extended Stay Burr RIdge IL Disappointed; made reservation months in advance for a non-smoking room only to be told at check-in that only smoking was available and that Hotels.com just assigned rooms without regard for preferences.

Burr Ridge-nice area-mediocre hotel I own a night club in the area and need to stay over at least once a week. I normally go to the Mariott. Now I know why! It took the clerk 20 minutes to get to the desk where I had to wait while dialing the desk phone (which she never answered) in order to get her attention. Then the key would not work. Her solution? Open the door and take the key with her saying "You're only here 1 night. You don't need a key." The room was clean but totally outdated, as was the entire facility. The outsi... read more

Burr Ridge - Extended Stay This hotel was conveniently located to the area I needed. I have stayed at extended stay hotels before and have been satisfied; however, the first night at this hotel was not a good experience. I had my reservations for a couple of weeks for a nonsmoking room for 7 nights at this hotel. When we arrived after a 14 hour drive, we were given a smoking room that smelled awful! No Frills The room was clean enough. The place was outdated....needing repairs & painted. The size of the room and the furnishings we adequate. The bed was hard....couldn't sleep because of it. The pillows were very fluffy though. It met our need for a quick overnight stay outside of the city. The clerk recommended a wonderful restaurant across the road for breakfast....that was the best part of the stay.
