Amazing front desk staff Crystal at the front desk at thr midway location was amazing. She always is. The rooms can be a little bit more clean. Sometimes there's a residual odor from when people cook. Maybe a stronger deodorizer would be good. Over all it was comfortable.

While the customer service was great, it was the actual room, it was something red on the bedspread, not enough pillows, three for a queen size bed! The blanket was like a thin spread sheet. The shelf was broken however they did warn us in the beginning! At 6 am the next day our smoke detector went off, I called the front desk and he asked was we cooking, ( we had a full refrigerator and a stove with two burners, and a sink in the room. I told him no, and he came up and took it down and said he was gonna leave it there, even... read more

When I booked this, it was for a king size bed as I am one person. When I got here, Crystal at the front desk asked me why I got two beds? She said that I was overcharged because I only needed a single bed. Which is what I clicked on when I made this reservation. She tried to fix it for me, however, since I already paid for it, and I think you’ll be done. She’s amazing.
