The front desk staff was very rude and short according to my family members. I had booked this stay for relatives

My stay The room is clean but I don’t like that they are still in Covid mode. No daily cleaning and you have to bring your used towels to the front desk in order to get clean ones. All dishes and utensils have to be requested from the front desk as well. Breakfast is just grab and go mainly coffee, tea, muffins and granola bars. No gym. But it was clean and quiet for the most part. I’ll rate it a 7 out of 10

No automatic Front Door ! Bathroom fan did not work ! Outdoor surrounding area seemed to have alot of trash scattered !
