It was a place to stay. They said since it was an "extended" stay, they wouldn't be cleaning the rooms. They had no ice machine. They wouldn't lower my price for 3 people instead of 4, they said whatever problems I had was to contact Expedia, since they booked my stay. I just paid it. The breakfast was not what I expected, just muffins single wrapped in plastic & coffee. I didn't really look at it, it was all set on a small stand by the entryway. Please know being an extended stay hotel, we clean room weekly to maintain the privacy of our guests, but this service is always available on request for a minimal fee. Also, every room has a full-size refrigerator which includes ice trays for our guests' convenience, and that is why we do not have the ice machine on the floors. Overbooked rooms I booked a king size bed suite online and paid for it for a 3 day stay. Upon arrival I was told by the front desk attendant that they were overbooked for the king size bed suites and all that was available were queen size bed suites. I wasn’t happy about that at all. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the tv was kind of small but the overall room was clean. I’m not sure yet if I will be refunded for the difference I paid.
