The bedding and towels were old and both had small stains on them. The room had a faint scent of smoke. It felt old.

That my room had a mini kitchen. Loved everything. First time at extended stay america and i would use it more regularly

Below average hotel Was extremely expensive for a below average hotel, I paid $280 a night for, quite frankly an overpriced place to lay my head

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. No pool, and elevator was down. But, overall a nice hotel and a good night sleep.

A great place to stay with a no smoking policy. But at certain times of day you can still smell lighted cigarettes coming into your room from the vents. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was no difficulty checking in and out. If you want breakfast, wake up early because it ends at 9:30 (cold breakfast & coffee). Overall, it's more of a self service hotel. If you want utensils, etc. and room cleaning you need to request it. Which is a good thing because it doesn't produce useless waste.
