It was okay Well when arriving the room we were first given to was already in use. There are no cups or coffee pots in room, but you can find coffee down in the lobby right infront of front desk. You must leave a 100 deposit whether in cash or credit. Must pay for stay in credit which i usually pay in cash. There is no one at the front desk after a certain time.
Badly needs a refresh, carpet and appliances change. Thanks.
I came to Chicago/ Schaumburg for the very first time. I came for my graduation at the convention center, and that went great. I also need to mention that the hotel Extended Stay America I 90 was very clean. The employees there was very nice, anything I needed they made sure I had it. What a great team. Jackie, Vanessa, Syed, and Chris were a joy to be around while staying at this hotel. So professional and was there when I needed them.
Disappointing Stay There were 4 bags of trash in the kitchen cabinets when I checked in. When I asked a maid in the hall to clean up, I was told where the trash room is. The light switch by the door did not work, and the overhead light would not turn off. After 3 nights of no sleep and daily complaints, the manager figured out how to turn off the breaker for the lights, which meant none of the lights or outlets in my room worked, except the kitchen.
