Good experience and friendly workers
Dingy and dark rooms. NO plates, glasses or silverware and for an extended stay that is just dumb.

Bed sheets and towels not changed upon inspecting room. House keeping seriously needs to do a better job. Asked for new sheets and towels.
Fantastic!!! This place is fantastic from check-in to checkout. This may become the chain I seek out when booking from now on
No surprises here Starting with the good. The front desk agent was nice and helpful. The location is great, next to the highway and stores. There was ample parking. And the bed was pretty comfortable. The not so good. The hotel smelled of smoke in the lobby. The elevator was out of order and the pull out couch was "yucky" according to my son. Check everything before you settle There was a roach in the refrigerator of the first room we were offered. The bedding had hair all over it including the pillows. The room smelled like smoke and mildew. We were offered a better room with a better smell. No bugs were found but the room could've been more clean
