multiple trips to get luggage to room Staff was friendly and helpful. Need more than one cart to load and unload luggage. I had to make three trips to get luggage and food to my room and my arm were loaded down each time.

The man at the front desk was very very nice but the hallways smell like smoke and our smelled like marijuana !!! End of the hallway had a huge police eviction notice on the door ... a bit sketchy over all
