Served it purpose for football game The Hotel was ok. Nothing special. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The only downfall was it was very close to highway. The noise from the traffic is very loud.

The whole corridor and room smelled terribly of smoke..even though it was a smoking room, it was unbearable. The room service was just ok. The boiler stopped working, so I was forced to have a cold shower.

great staff not so great accommodations Although the front desk staff was cheerful and extremely helpful the condition of the room left something to be desired. It certainly was not the same room pictured. I will definately look else where next year.

Jazz Festival It was very comfortable. Enjoyed the proximately to downtown Cincy.

Convenient and worth the price The hotel staff were very friendly, professional, and accomodating. The only issue with the hotel was the hallway on 2nd floor was in need of vacuuming. It was late, around midnight and I understand about staffing issues on a Sunday night. My room, however, was very clean, neat, nicely decorated. More than I required for my overnight stay. Enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location for attending Reds Baseball. Shuttles to Cincinnati run every 15 minutes so you don't have to fool with parking for games. Room was clean.
