Nice hotel but walls are thin Location is close to everything , right off the highway . Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable . Walls are thin however which at times made it difficult to get a good nights sleep.
Painful Check in process This is a basic no frills hotel. Rooms are clean and offer a good amount of space. Everything about the hotel is adequate except for the check in process. The staff seemed unsure of the proper procedures for checking me in and they tried to charge me more than the amount on my confirmation for no other reason than they did not know how to calculate differing rates per day. Think of this site as a short stay apartment complex. Housekeeping only cleans every other week, there is no pool, and linen can be exchanged upon request. That being said, the room was clean, the kitchenette was nice (have to supply your own pots/pans), it was cost effective, and location is minutes from everything. Perfect for people who are willing to exchange pampering for price. My only complaint is a lack of coffee pot in the room (Einstein bagels is literally next door) and the blinds let a bit too much light leak in.... read more

overall the hotel is fairly nice, newer. We were on the 4th floor, could hear most everything going on in the next room. Noise is a factor. Couldn't have the windows open because of the noise on the street. People in the next room kept us up. Haven't stayed at many "extended stay" hotels before, but have never heard of one that wouldn't give you a hand towel. You got a bath towel and a wash cloth, but no hand towel.
