There's a laundry room brand new machines!, free parking and wi-fi
Staff was nice and facility was good value. Location is very convenient for business.
Price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area
Woodsprings Stay The hotel overall was decent. Everything was clean and neat. Our room never got cleaned the entire time we were there (5 days) which was inconvenient. The hotel was also in a boring area. There was no pool. However there was a workout room and mini kitchen in our room which was nice.
Compensation to be avoided in the Future It was a stay that provided the bare minimum essentials for our stay. In the past, we had some items .that enabled us to cook a few meals. On this stay, no items were provided...so we ate all of our meals out. The cost of eating all of our meals out, added to our cost for the stay...we probably will not stay at Woodspring again.
Spring vacation Excellent!! Very clean and everyone always very nice. Would stay there again.
Roaches Room had roaches. I bought some spray and the clerk said she would re-imburse me but when I checked our it was a different person and he could have cared less about the roaches. A guy checking in ask about bugs and he said no right in front of me, I informed him of the roach problem we encountered!!!!
