Very sweet and personable staff. They were always kind and an accommodating during my stay. The check-in was a breeze for my last minute one night stay. Will definitely be back if I come to Tampa (:

Good for a Business Trip but not for a Vacation Linda and Ricardo at the front desk were great! Anyone else was very unprofessional or extremely rude. But we did not know who they were as they did not wear name tags. Not sure why they even had "breakfast". Everyday was the same sad pre-packaged tiny muffins, instant grits and oatmeal, and coffee with grinds in them. Creamer was good quality though.
