fair price acceptable. however, the room does not get cleaned daily. there was minimal supply of towels. everything else we had to ask for it. the breakfast minimal, few snacks. coffee and tea is not available except for the breakfast, which usually short lived.

Nice place Great staff, very friendly & accomodating. The room was nice with a couch and since the hotel is off any major road, it's very quiet with a nice green view. The kitchen wasn't stocked and there was a "conditioning shampoo" in the bathroom. They had the real stuff at the front desk and the kitchen supplies. You just have to go down and get it.

Nice but need a few tweeks Everything was great except my key kept not working to get into the room and the internet was slow for the second visit and I didn't like the way it was handle. Also they only had one person at the desk in the evening when most people check in making the line really long and slow. Still Francis (though I did not like how he handled the key situation) was always professional and calm. He needs help though. So Unhappy I'm not sure what happened but my boyfriend and I had stayed at the same hotel in Elkridge and had a lovely experience. This hotel is not maintained well. It took 20 minutes to check in, a line of unhappy guests trying to check in, a true nightmare. Going to the room and finding a huge bug on the bed side table. Checking the bed thouroughly to find we were given blankets with holes in them. Disgusting. The suite had no remote, and there were no soaps in the bathroom! what happened??!!!

after a long day my family and i decided to stay at the extended stay for the night. Everything was fine up until midnight that when the smoke detector started chirping every ten minutes or so and waking the baby up and everyone else. my husband went down stairs to complain but no one was attending the front desk late at night.Finally around 5 am it stopped but after that no one could go back to sleep

Nice with a few hiccups when I got there they had nothing showing I paid through Hotel.com and I had to make several calls to fix it. Then the room was dusty and one lamp did not work. Throughout the evening the satellite on the TV kept going out and in. This stay the internet was really good unlike a few years ago. I will be there again on the 15th and hope to not have any issues and more to come to visit my doctor

staff very helpful Room was very nice, inexpensive/wished I knew the breakfast was complimentary and not a full meal
