GREAT SERVICE WE ARRIVED VERY LATE BUT THE LADY WORKING THE FRONT DESK WAS GREAT. HER NAME WAS MISSY. SHE DID EVERY THING IN HER POWER TO MAKE OUR STAY GREAT.............ONLY NEG THING WAS, THE HEAT WAS LOUD IN OUR ROOM WHEN IT TURNED OFF.... I WOULD DEF GO BACK.

pull out bed less than desireable The area was very safe and clean ,my only problem was the lack of sheets for the pull out bed and the overall lack of comfort of the bed.

Air Conditioner leaks onto carpet..carpet, bedspread and upholstery need cleaning...no lighting over bathroom mirror...shower control broken (works intermittantly)...furniture in shabby, musty condition....service was excellent...good breakfast

Was ok The staff was great. The room itself needs updating. The microwave was old. The couch/chair/tv needs updating. I would say it was just ok

False Advertising I was told that I would have a separate bedroom in the suite; however, there was just a wall between the beds and the kitchen. This is not a great place to stay with children if you would like to stay up past their bedtimes. The room was too small and not separate from the living area.
