Terrible place to stay I had a most unpleasant stay. We were in town the Capital Jazz Festival so we stayed Friday and Saturday nite. When I entered the room the lights did not work. Since there was no phone in the room I used my cell to call the front desk. They sent up the maintenance guy to fix the problem. Then we had brought water and food for the refrigerator that did not work. It also made a lot of noise throughout the whole trip. AAA-Absolutely Awful Accomodations Room was filthy..outside area disgusting...carpet not vacuumed. No towels...breakfast was a joke. Granola bars and rotten apples. Coffee with outdated creamer. Can't say enough bad about the place. Desk clerks were not helpful at all...one of the worst I've ever stayed at

Never again... Booked for just one night for family graduation event. Arrived and there were no rooms we booked clean. Moved to another room which had no bathroom linens and no kitchen utensils, plates, coffee maker, etc. When we checked out, no one at the desk, pitiful continental breakfast. Worst hotel stay in a long time.

Booked through your site. But after arriving at the hotel, they had no rooms available. So we were left to find another hotel on our own with zero help from the front desk person or even a sorry.

Not a great choice Hotel was big disappointment. Dirty dirty dirty. Staff was very poorly trained - rude and discourteous.

Not conducive to business customers The hotel has a policy of only cleaning rooms every eight days, unless one is willing to pay $10. I have never known of such a policy in over thirty years of travel experience and six years in the hotel business. The system of heating and cooling seemed to be under hotel control during parts of the day and could not be adjusted. Stay Anywhere Else!!! I planned to stay here due to construction at my house. My daughter stayed here for one night and told me not to come. She booked a room for me at the place down the street. Since she and her husband prepaid, they had to stay. But, they ended up staying with me anyway due to the smell in their room. The toilet smelled like urine and it the entire room smelled because of it. They complained 3x and nothing happened. The staff was not friendly except for one woman who worked in housekeeping.
