Only use if traveling with a pet. Hotel worked for us since we had to travel on short notice and needed to bring our dog. There was very little staff, a sparse front desk and lobby. Both night around 2:00 AM the hotel became very noisy with people coming and going. They were remodeling the hotel during our stay which was very loud. It appeared they were changing out counter tops in rooms during the day even if the room was occupied.

Columbia visit My room was clean and fresh. I felt relaxed and safe.
A nice room away from home I usually like a Hilton or Westin, however this hotel, although there was no fanfare had a very friendly staff, knowledgeable, efficient, great customer service (printed out driving directions to the venue). I wish I had known that housekeeping was only available when you stay for a week or longer. I stayed for a weekend and was surprised when my bed was not made. Close to family I believe our floor had been recently re-decorated. It was clean and updated looking. The kitchen was not very well equipped. The coffee pot was teeny and there was only one fork in the drawer....not a single pot or pan. Staff was friendly.
Underwhelming Absolutely no amenities except WIFI. No lobby area... no pool... no business center... no coffee.. no housekeeping... In a clean and seemingly safe area
