Great - except for the popcorn kernels. I called the hotel in advance as it isn't common that you see so many low ratings for Extended Stay. The receptionist did not think the ratings were accurate and overall I was pleased for the stay. It wasn't a detail cleaning that is normally expected at name brands, but it wasn't as bad as other rating lead you to believe. Not bad The staff was great!!! The rooms could have used a bit TLC and updating but it served what I needed.

staff is wonderful place was clean great staff members are very helpful, the rooms are clean but the trash on the second floor smells sometimes.
