Surprised by size of room as well as by the quality of room, plenty of space for family to move around. Also multiple tvs and separate bedroom and living area

Nice This hotel was pretty nice. We were checked in quickly and they even called to see if everything was okay in our room. The room was nice, although one of the closet doors was missing. We were on the 4th floor and my children were getting ready for bed. The manager stopped by to say we were disturbing the people on the floor beneath us, so if you have children, you should request a room on the bottom floor. Breakfast was oatmeal packets, hot water, muffins, and apples. Very spare, but filling.

Great Stay I found the hotel was clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous .

Good for the price The room was clean and as described. There was not an hot water in the mornings.

Cont. Breakfast They did have coffee,1st day no fruir,ran out if so called muffins. Thats all they had except instant oatmeal. It was not what i called a brekfast.

Personnels accueillants Très bon séjour, le personnel de l hôtel est prévenant et accueillant. La salle de sport , la piscine sont agréable, et la kitchenette est très appréciable pour se faire à manger

pleasant experience I wrote a review of my thoughts and gave to manager upon departure. Basically, the full renovations had not reached the 4th floor. The bed, bathroom, kitchen were comfortable and clean. The carpet and crumbling padding were ancient, uncomfortable to bare feet (kept my flip flops on for protection). The TV remote was promptly replaced when I brought it to Lori's attention (front desk rep). No printing service for boarding pass, but copier was available with assistance of another front desk rep. Good price and takes pets There was room for six people and our small dog for a reasonable price which was important for us. This hotel was just a quick stay on our way to Florida. The low points were that the front desk didn't want to help out much. The vending machine wasn't working and they pretty much said sorry about your luck rather than offering any help. We also asked about the pool and were told it was outside so we got ready and went out to swim only to find a sign on the gate saying the pool was closed until the p... read more

Yuck! When I arrived at the front desk to check in, there was no front desk attendant. I waited two mins then called the 800#. The phone rang and rang and rang and no attendant answered. So I just waited... After waiting over 8 mins, an attendant finally showed up and checked me so that I could go to my room. I will never stay here again. Lousy service, lousy staff and lousy conditions.
