Great location Hotel is in a great location right off I-26 with plenty of restaurants, stores, a mall within a few miles. The hotel lobby was nice and the staff very welcoming whenever we entered the hotel. Our greatest complaint was that in order to enter the back entrance (since there is little parking near the front entrance), you have to walk through the hallway of the smoking rooms and the smell was overwhelming. convenient location with easy access to shopping we ended up with a 2 room suite which was very comfortable

This hotel provided more than I expected. Rooms were excellent. However, I had not noticed that this was a pet friendly hotel, so as a result, we were awakened each morning to large dogs barking. We arrived at 4:00pm and had to wait almost an hour because the room was not ready. The evening clerk was very nice but the day person phoned our room 20 minutes before check-out time informing us that if we wanted to stay another day we would have to come down and pay.

Surprised by size of room as well as by the quality of room, plenty of space for family to move around. Also multiple tvs and separate bedroom and living area

Nice This hotel was pretty nice. We were checked in quickly and they even called to see if everything was okay in our room. The room was nice, although one of the closet doors was missing. We were on the 4th floor and my children were getting ready for bed. The manager stopped by to say we were disturbing the people on the floor beneath us, so if you have children, you should request a room on the bottom floor. Breakfast was oatmeal packets, hot water, muffins, and apples. Very spare, but filling.

Great Stay I found the hotel was clean, and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and courteous .

Good for the price The room was clean and as described. There was not an hot water in the mornings.

Yuck! When I arrived at the front desk to check in, there was no front desk attendant. I waited two mins then called the 800#. The phone rang and rang and rang and no attendant answered. So I just waited... After waiting over 8 mins, an attendant finally showed up and checked me so that I could go to my room. I will never stay here again. Lousy service, lousy staff and lousy conditions.
