The room itself was fine. Clean and comfortable. The hallways, elevators, lobby, parking lot etc were dirty and worn.

My room was clean and the staff that I talked to was nice. Extended Stay hotels used to be for professionals working out of town for a week or so. That being said, this hotel seems to be used for some type of Government housing project. Several unsavory characters roaming in and out of the building at all hours. Possible gang activity in the parking lot. Loud music/TV until 3am in the room next to mine, I tried to call the front desk at midnight but no one would answer. Supposedly it's a non smoking hotel, but there is the smelling of marijuana is any where inside the hotel. Expedia Web site posts false info that's breakfast included, indeed only grab and go. NO BREAKFAST. That's it, no more at that hotel.
