Price and experience decent. Clean no frills hotel. Stayed one night on business.

I know I was late checking in. About 11:00 pm. But I waited at the desk for about 10 minutes, then called from the front desk. Finally the clerk came to the desk.

Columbia, MO Check in was quick, staff were pleasant. Disappointed as website states continental breakfast; in fact, it was granola bars & coffee. Housekeeping did not clean in the 2 day stay. Also, no coffee makers in common areas. Cable service was mainly sports schedules.

It was fine for what we needed. This was a fine hotel for what we needed, which was one night in Columbia. The bed was comfortable, but I wish there had been 4 pillows on the bed and not just 3. The shower was nice, but it would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom. Unfortunately, we booked a non-smoking room, but when we got to our room, there was an overwhelming smoke odor. Better for longer stays Really not ideal for a one night stay. No coffee maker, but free coffee in lobby. No hair dryer, but staff delivered one quickly. Has microwave, full frig and stove top but no cups, plates, utensils. Better for a longer stay. Very nice staff
