No ice machine and if you want a hair drier they are at front desk. If you need an extra bed like a rollaway they aren't available.

When we asked where ice was we were told there was none. And that we could make our own with trays in refrigerator (they were empty and sticky when we arrived at 9pm...not that we wanted to stay up & wait on ice to freeze). We also were not told that we had to ask for coffee pot, cups, dishes, etc, so we could not even make a cup of hot tea/coffee (we had our own...they supplied none in the room). We had a room with range, refrigerator, microwave, but nothing to use....just 2 plastic bathroom cups. Phone had no instructions ... read more

Noisy location, nice hotel We were in Columbia for state basketball tournament and chose this hotel for its location and price. It was our first time staying at this hotel. The hotel is nice but difficult to get to. We were assigned a recently-remodeled room, which was nice. However, for a recently-remodeled room, it had the noisiest refrigerator I've ever heard! Nice Place, stayed 2 nights Stayed 2 nights, check in was painless and friendly staff. Breakfast was limited to coffee and a selection of muffins and granola bars. I liked the coffee. Easy access off I70 and easy drive to Mizzou Arena. No food within walking distance. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom had toiletries. You need to ask for a hair dryer at the front desk. Overall a pleasant stay. Not a high end hotel but met our needs well.

I've stayed at Extended Stay America hotels in a few different cities, and they're pretty consistent in design and quality. Nice, clean, big room with a small kitchenette (including full size refrigerator). Desk staff very professional and efficient. Room did not have cups for some reason, so I had to improvise to brush my teeth. A bit away from MU's campus but an easy drive to the stadiums.
