Served it's purpose...close to campus Hotel is dated but clean. Close to campus and shopping.

Acceptable and budget friendly We needed an inexpensive option for my family to stay in while waiting to take possession of a new home. The hotel itself is obviously old and my only real complaint about the building is that there is an odd smell that lingers in the hallways. The room was comfortable and clean enough and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Certainly not luxurious but for a place to stay where I can cook my families meals without breaking the budget, it's an acceptable option.

Convenient budget alternative to convention hotel. I chose this lodging because it was an inexpensive alternative yet close by the convention hotel where my meetings were being held. Exact entrance and exit to this motel and area are a little tricky because of the street layout, as spotting the office. Registration went very smoothly and the room was ready and about the right temperature. Very nice place. Polite staff. Great value. Good staff. Nice clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Honestly I can't think of a nicer place I've stayed for the amount of money I paid.
Nice hotel for the cost Very nice facility. Close to the highway and located close to the university. Everything is within a 10 minute car ride. For the price the rooms are very well kept. Slightly dated but still nice. Beds were firm but still comfortable and the staff were friendly. I would recommend to others.
Nice place. Clean, affordable, comfortable. No serious complaints. It's not the Hilton, but what do you expect for under $100 (I paid about $60 for the night).
