The beds was very hard and pillows went completely flat

Great Hotel Fabulous stay!
Cleaning and smoke Hi, I found out a used lady’s ped and a shower gel from previous person stayed there in the bath tub while I got in the shower that morning. The whole hotel smells like weed and cigarettes. I should take pics and show here but I didn’t do it. They should be more careful about the cleaning especially during this pandemic. Thanks.
