The front desk staff were so great!! They get a 10!! The room is worn and dated...after retiring for the evening I woke up a few hours later freezing then realizing my heat didn’t work. The stove and fridge are worn and dirty. The carpet need replacing...dirty and black spots all over. They don’t have dishes in the room...you have to get them at front desk. The mattress on the pull out was disgusting. Stains smells. Had to ask for Tpaper and towels. Unacceptable when I booked for 5 people
