The front desk staff were so great!! They get a 10!! The room is worn and dated...after retiring for the evening I woke up a few hours later freezing then realizing my heat didn’t work. The stove and fridge are worn and dirty. The carpet need replacing...dirty and black spots all over. They don’t have dishes in the room...you have to get them at front desk. We had a deluxe double suite. We figured it’d be very nice but we were wrong. There were stains on everything - floors, lampshades, couch, counters, etc. Sticky spots on the couch and counters. Layers of dust as well, in the cupboards, along with old dirty dishes people have left before us. (So clearly it hasn’t been looked at in so long that things have started to stack up.)
