The surrounding rooms smelled of tobacco even though it was labeled as smoke free. The sink and shower didn’t drain properly. We could hear dogs barking in the morning time. Probably won’t stay here again

Meh I booked this hotel with a group of 6 of us. We weren't given enough towels, even though I told them we were a group of 6. We had to wait a while for fresh towels, but the "breakfast" wasn't what was expected at all. Just some muffins, oatmeal, coffee, and granola bars. There wasn't even any fruit or bagels.

Excellent place to stay. Second year now staying here when we visit Columbus, and won't stay anywhere else.

I had requested 2 rooms together and did not get it. We were there for a softball tournament and the other single parent was new to this and did not want to be left alone. So upsetting there. Nothing was supplied in the kitchen, for us to cook or clean. No housekeeping, we had to go get towels. Breakfast, really wasn't anything there to eat. It was a nice hotel, but needs improvement.
