All the workers were great.
Staff was friendly and helpful but the amenities were limited at best, neighboring businesses were not family friendly and very limited to after 8pm.
This property has some of the best staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. They went above and beyond and made us feel at home. Check in was super quick and easy. Thank you so much.
It was a good price for what we needed .. being able to cook was a life saver .. the AC needed some improvement, didn’t really get cold. But we would stay again
Great even if it's just for one night! We were travelling from Cleveland to Columbus for a concert at the Schottenstein Center and needed a convenient and economical place to stay. We chose this hotel based on recent reviews. The staff was very upbeat and helpful, the room was clean and the location was convenient. We really liked that we could open the windows and let in some fresh air since the weather was so nice!
