The staff was very nice and helpful. The facilities seemed as though the building was older but recently updated (fresh paint and carpet, newer furniture, etc.).Clean and quiet.

This is a very good budget option when needing to stay in the Columbus area. The property itself is limited in amenities (no fitness room) and the rooms are smallish. We had a kitchenette in our room which was useful. On the other hand it is close to major highways with easy access to the greater Columbus area and there are restaurants and a cinema within waking distance. The staff were all very nice, professional and responsive. If i was on a tight budget and in this area again i would stay here. I would recommend this loca... read more

while we did not encounter any issues during our stay, 2 separate parties disclosed they found bed bugs in their rooms. I found this to be pretty disturbing and would have opted to stay somewhere else if it was earlier in the night when I became aware of this information. We checked our room top to bottom and no sign of bed bugs for us. other than that, the hotel was fine for our one night stay. let this be a reminder to always check for bed bugs first thing!

Great location to many near by restaurants Front desk Stacy was very helpful checking us in. She explained everything in detail due to Covid restrictions. Super friendly. Rooms were very cleaned. The amenities were there and the price was right. Lots of restaurants walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel did not meet Americans with Disabiities Act standards. There was no handicap accessible entry doors, there was not a door stop on the room door. It was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to use the hotel cart. Because there was no door stop, I had a VERY DIFFICULT time taking my belongings, on the cart, both IN and OUT of my room AND OUT the main hotel doors because of inaccessible doorways. My son, who was with me, has multiple disabilities. I was very frustrated by just how INACCESSIBLE this hotel was for him.
