Everything was awesome the room size the staff and most important the price.

The staff was nice upon arrival and departure. However, we booked a non smoking room and our room reeked of smoke and so now all of our belongings smell. The hallway smelled like marijuana. Because of covid there is no grab and go breakfast and you have to ask for dishes and silverware. I think the price should reflect that. The pool and gym are not open either. Overall, they were plenty of clean towels and some toiletries provided. Free wifi. A TV. We utilized the refrigerator and microwave. Bed was comfortable as well.

I have been in hotels before but it took bad experiences to realize how much I love Extended Stay in Worthington .I love it hotels can be very expensive but when I spend the money it’s worth it I feel cozy and happy in my little studio room. It was clean ,good customer service ,I feel safe,it feels like a home I’m gonna hate to leave if I ever have to come back to a hotel it will be here .I feel safe going into the laundry room if I had to go. A little noisy Nice hotel nice staff, but I could hear everything everyone was doing in the other room and I’m pretty sure they could hear me too
