The bathroom was updated and clean. The kitchen area was nice.

Extended stay America Corpus It was nice and comfortable. Only issues is kids running above us and making lots of noise.

The room smelled moldy, just one head of the stove did work and the heat is very little, thus it is useless for cooking, the water pressure in the shower was low, no laundry basket in the room, the breakfast was granola bars with low quality muffins, no wipes in the gym to clean between users and the treadmill is not functioning well and could cause sport injury. The good thing was the front desk staff they are amazing and very helpful but the place do need a lot of improvement.
