Website said PET FRIENDLY but didn't mention the pet surcharge. Room had a kitchen but there is a surcharge for equipment. Free wifi, but slow, another surcharge for faster, of course.

You need a better sign to see the entrance. Cant really see the entrance due to the fact that there is no sing.

Close to my family and old church. Staff was very accommodating on Sunday knowing I would be a little late getting out of church

Lobby was dirty and halls had a bad smell. Our room had a bad odor, bed was uncomfortable and sheets were old and thin. Online it said property was close to TAMU, wrong. Highly disappointed and unsatisfied with property. We will not be staying there again and I do not recommend it. Also, surprised they charge for early check-in, most hotels offer it as a courtesy if a room is available.
