Pretty good for the price. The room was overall clean and decent. We got a room with a pull out couch, but didn't use it because the mattress was kinda grungy. That could use some attention. The door to the pool area slammed loudly every time someone went out, the anti-slam mechanism could use an update.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I didn't like that their are no cooking utensils you will have to rent them for an extra fee.
I was very impressed with this hotel. I was excited about having the kitchen area in our room. The fridge was a great size as well. There was plenty of space to just relax. I appreciated having 2 beds and a sofa bed. Everyone had a spot. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Melanie went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our room needing a second bed. The staff is very nice. The coffee bar is good. I felt safe. It was convenient.
Staff was friendly & attentive. Only complaints was property is a bit old & felt like the floor moved a couple of times & the elevator seemed like it was on its last leg😳😂
