Pleasant Room wasn't ready but y'all offered an upgrade for no charge was very generous and pleasant.

Room smelled of urine, the floor was sticky and I was given a spry can to make smell better but I had to bring it back after use. The first time I stayed here it was great but not this time. I guess you never know what room your gonna get.
