Well overall it was better then the Days Inn in Houston. Xavier was amazing, very upbeat, sweet, funny, and patient. The room was missing the hair dryer, the bathroom fan did not work. The double sofa bed had some horrible stains on it and was so flat that you can feel the springs. There was no sheets or anything on the sofa bed until I had to call to the front desk and get that. Xavier was outstanding with the fresh, very very clean sheets, and a brand new pillow for the bed. There was no coffee,

The only thing i didnt like was the non refundable pet deposit. I was told on the phone it was 28.75 total for my dogs when i got there it was 28.75 each which is almost 60 bux or a whole nights rate at the hotel almost
