Room was overpriced for what it was. Advertising kitchen. There were no pots, pans, flatware, or silverware. No coffee in the room and no airport shuttle.
Poor customer service attendant. The attended took about 20 minutes checking me in due to having a hard time seeing my ID. Poor typing skills it took 3 times to re type the information. Did not say hi, welcome or anything.

Hotel was easy to find right by the airport especially since I got stranded because my flight from Mississippi was delayed several times but it was cool for a one night stay & the price wasn’t bad

Rude🚨🚨🚨 There was an older lady who checked me in who instantly had the worst attitude. She told me because I booked my hotel through a third party that I would have to pay $100 deposit. (Hotels.com never informed me of this and neither did the hotel until I got there). I started asking questions about the deposit and she quickly said if l didn't like it I was more than welcome to go somewhere else while shrugging her shoulders and rolling her eyes. NEVER STAYING AT EN EXTENDED STAY AGAIN!

Great for quick stay I stayed one night at this hotel. Price was comparable to others in the area. Hotel was advertised as an extended stay. Evidently if you need utensils, pots and pans etc you need to ask for them as they are not included in the room.. Room was clean. Kitchen area was very outdated. No coffee maker. Fridge had an interesting black handprint on it. Floor was new with veneer flooring.
