Staff was nice and got a new room quickly. Was on third floor did have a dead cockroach on the bed and room had not been swept or vacuumed. Lots of dust as if room hadn't been used in a long time. Told office they got me in a new room. Room was much better still it seems cleaning staff is not doing a very good job. With the covid I would think things would have been cleaned and sanitized better. I ended up disinfecting the room.

Not all trips are for fun Though the reason for our trip was sad, the quiet, cleanliness and comfort of our hotel made our stay much easier. Thank you!

Everytjing was excellent. My room was very clean, the front desk clerk was very nice and respectful. My stay was excellent

Avoid if you need a decent internet connection. This hotel is very basic. There's nothing remarkable about it. But be warned, if you need a good internet connection to get work done, avoid this property. According to their provider, the basic free internet speed is capped at 2 Mbps download The "enhanced" is capped at 5 Mbps. This makes Zoom/Skype/streaming essentially impossible. And during COVID lockdown, that's bad news.
