Property is dated but completely adequate. Large room. Advertised as having breakfast, but that was just oatmeal packets and coffee.

The service was great. Room was perfect with a very clean, no bad orders and at a comfortable temperature with a bed that was not to firm and pillows that were not over stuffed. My room had newly refurbished bathroom. The kitchenette was clean but I didn’t use it. I will book here again on my next trip to Dayton.

Liked the three room setup. Room to move around, felt more like apartment than a motel room
