Quite, clean and pleasant staff. Near Wright State University, Wright-patterson AFB, resturants and shopping.

Nice location and really clean. Housekeeping is done for and extra charge, that I did not know.

So so in Fairborn Decent hotel, we booked two rooms (family with children) but when we checked in we ended up on two different floors. I dont really eat breakfast but one of the reasons we booked the hotel (other than location) was it offered continental breakfast so we could tide the children over until everyone got ready. Basically all they had was coffee, tea, hot chocolate, dry granola bars and packages of oatmeal. No muffins, juice, milk, cereal or anything of that sort.

Great staff super friendly and helpful and they definitely went above and beyond for us during our stay. We stay here every time we come to town. Our favorite hotel by far.

Ok in a pinch I guess I shouldn't have expected much, but I thought a free breakfast would be more than oatmeal in a cup or a granola bar. The coffee was decent though. The entire place had a smell, nothing too bad, at least not for me. Room was nice and relatively clean, although for a weekend trip I didn't have use for the kitchen.
