Clean and affordable. Room has chicken on it. Air conditioning is new and very cool. I like that they did not use carpet on the floor which makes it looks cleaner.

Some of the rooms have been updated but still need more work. Employees were great and went out of their way to help. Got me ice. They don’t have ice machines
Comfortable Stay 25 - 29 May 2024 The stay was comfortable. The hotel should have an ice machine and fully furnish the kitchen plates, eating utensils and cookware, The freezer should be equipped with ice trays. Sliding door entry/exit would make accessibility more convenient to the hotel.

Great price and Location. Good, quiet location. reasonable rates for room. Five stars based on rates, location, and room vs other much higher priced motels close by. I stay here when I visit Dayton.
