Great location. Great stay again at this Extended Stay location. The location is close to stores, shopping, and food. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Keep in mind, With some renovations going on doing this visit it is impossible to keep things as clean as usual and as quiet as usual until they finish all of it. I look forward to my next visit to Dayton and my stay here again.

Its just ok Floor was sticky and not clean. Beds were fine. Bathroom had hair on floor.
I value cleanliness as being very important to me and this fell short. This is an older looking hotel and everywhere I looked surfaces looked dirty. Starting with the elevator floor and walls, it was obvious that there has been neglect of maintenance and cleaning. As I approached my room with my key, a roach climbed the wall next to the door. The bathroom sink counter had not been well cleaned as there was soap scum from the previous guest next to the faucet. So I immediately had no confidence in the cleanliness of the rest ... read more

The staff is really nice, and even the people staying there were pleasant. I did have an incident where some gentlemen were pounding on my door Friday night, but I think they had been at happy hour too long and got the wrong room. I called the front desk and was never really frightened. You could use a better place to potty our dogs...no grassy area. The halls were dark.....fit in with the Halloween atmosphere, but spooky for a senior citizen. Coffee was awesome; keep buying that brand. I plan to come back. The room was such... read more
