We loved the spacious room with the little kitchenette. It was all very clean. We did not like that there were no supplies in the kitchen to even make a coffee. Also, the desk staff were never at the front desk. The "Back in a Moment" sign was out while the staff was at the entrance smoking. This carried on through the night which woke me up. Cigarette butts were all over the ground at the front entrance as well.

It clean and comfortable!
Dayton trip The building and rooms were very clean. Ample parking and friendly people working there and helpful. Needed more lighting in parking lot.

The fridge in our room was dirty, the property wasn’t lit very well on the outside, the smoke detector was missing in the room,

Value for price.
The sink in my bathroom has crowded around the edge, and one of the drawers is broken. Other than that, the building is decent. The surrounding property is full of trash and the dog walk area has tons of dog crap in it that hasn’t been cleaned up in years.. The beds are comfortable and the convenience of the kitchen and the room is nice
