The staff is really nice, and even the people staying there were pleasant. I did have an incident where some gentlemen were pounding on my door Friday night, but I think they had been at happy hour too long and got the wrong room. I called the front desk and was never really frightened. You could use a better place to potty our dogs...no grassy area. A giant meh. It wasn't great, it wasn't awful. The elevator was out of order (and I was on the third floor). The room was dated and not in the greatest of shape. Etc. It was OK since all I wanted to do was sleep.

Front staff was great…elevator didn’t work, hallway smelled, bathroom had screws in wall for shelf but no shelf. Clean room but VERY old, lots of cracks and outdated appliances

Elevators were not working for a few days
I value cleanliness as being very important to me and this fell short. This is an older looking hotel and everywhere I looked surfaces looked dirty. Starting with the elevator floor and walls, it was obvious that there has been neglect of maintenance and cleaning. As I approached my room with my key, a roach climbed the wall next to the door.
