Not my best hotel experience, bit not my worst eit Hotel is just ok. It's nice to have a kitchenette but we didn't need it. Bathroom was nice there was only one nightstand, so I had to put my drink on the nasty carpet. And it was nasty. Bed looked like maybe the sheets hadn't been changed. Found several long hairs inside the covers. When I turned back the sheet a rubber glove finger fell out. Probably what the housekeeper wears, so maybe they were changed? Anyway...the woman at the counter was delightful!

Conveniently located just a minute off major highway. Decent room. Noisy furnace/AC fan (had to shut it off to sleep). A lot of permanent residents (basically similar to a rental apartment building). Was faced with an extra fee to have a pet, which was NOT explained when I booked (whole motel was promoted as 'pet-friendly', so I was surprised there was an additional cost ($26 USD) for one night). A bit steep, in my opinion.

We would definitely recommend this property & the staff were friendly. The only shortfalls were: 1) I use a cane & when we got to our 2nd floor room the card key did not work. It required two trips back down to the service desk to resolve the programming of the card key to gain access to our room. 2) The website said "breakfast included", but it was only a small continental breakfast offering.
