Friendly staff full size kitchen The staff was friendly and answered my questions thoughtfully when asked. Special features of the complete kitchen with a working full size refrigerator, stove, sink and microwave is a great plus and should be added to the description of this hotel!!! My only complaint is I wished they had a bigger lobby area and breakfast room for the guests.

Nice stay Overall nice experience for the price. First room was not cleaned but they quickly gave me a new room. Front desk was very nice. Location is excellent, walking to several restaurants.

The toilet was not clean and the room didn't have a hair dryer. When we asked at the front desk "they just gave the last one out!"

Pretty good price - average Overall it was okay. The room was fine, but didn't have shampoo or bath towels - although sounds like I could have asked for them, but didn't think that is something you should have to ask for. Hopefully most everyone showers. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Coffee was okay. Muffins were okay - at least it was something. Grab and go was not as I was expecting/hoping for, but again for the price being a bit lower, I could go buy breakfast - which I did. Front desk person was okay, but wh... read more

Housekeeping kind of poor; service very good! The only real concerns that my husband and I had was the housekeeping. Initially, the sheets had crumbs in the bed. I contacted the front desk and told them. I also asked them to have Housekeeping change the sheets and give me a fresh towels. That was at approximately 6am. Upon my return to my room, NONE of the requests had been fulfilled. I had to go back to the front desk, request these items and 'do it myself'. The stay was as expected. I'm just glad I was very tired though because the vent fan in the hall was very loud!
