An unexpected stop South Dayton This is an excellent location with many quality restaurants and several shopping plazas and a mall within walking distance. The kitchenette was very convenient. I had an unexpected stay for several days. My car broke down and I managed to get it into a dealer garage at the Auto Park. The Extended Stay America was also right there. I ended up staying Friday -Tuesday morning while parts were delivered and my car repaired. All of the staff over the several days were extremely polite and helpful. ... read more

Property was okay but not great. Room had no cups beds slopped to one side

Christmas Week in Dayton 2018 Hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating as this is the primary reason for coming back. Additionally, hotel location is great with eating options, shopping, areas of interest and more importantly easy direct access to UD. The only downside is the Wi-Fi could improve as we experienced access problems and reliability.

five star Excellent place to stay. Service to notch. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room and lobby very clean. Microwave and fridge very good for long distance travelers who save money by eating meals in room. Only negative (and it's not really a criticism) is that the facility is somewhat worn, and needs updating. But the fact remains that it's comfortable, clean, has everything I need in a place to stay on the road. Above and beyond staff but Manager Amanda was rude Staff were very helpful. The manager was rude and needs to learn how to talk to people. Outside of that, the other staff were very friendly and helpful. They even helped me move things in and out of my car and to me that was above and beyond.
