I liked the hotel, particularly the complete kitchen. It is also across the street from a shopping mall, and lots of restaurants are close by. The room was not freshened up on the second day, and since I came back late that night I did not point it out until the next morning. I had plenty of towels and it was no big deal.

The hotel was conveniently located to u of d with many restaurants and things to do close by. The manager was very sweet and very willing to accommodate. With that said the room was filthy dirty! There were hair balls behind the bathroom door. The floor in the bathroom had makeup all over it between the sink and the toilet the rim of the cabinets both kitchen and bathroom were filled with dirt, dust and just gross. There was what looked like blood on the floor from the bed to the bathroom. Just gross.

The room was clean, staff friendly. No hair dryer in the room, but a staff member found one for us. Breakfast is not much - muffins, granola bars and plain instant oatmeal. No coffe maker in room although you could ask for one.

Overall the property is fine. No issues with that whatsoever. However when I had booked the propert I checked the map it was close to the airport and hence I booked it. Apparently on reaching there is when I find out it was actually quite far and I had to end up spending quite a few $$ on the cab. That was disappointing.
