Staff deserves Acknowledgment Wonderful, Knowledgeable Accommodating Staff. Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms. Had an issue come up for the first time ever during a stay booked with hotels.com and it was handled professionally and with the up most urgency by both hotels.com and property staff. Nature of issue is irrelevant because response was appropriate. Kudos to staff at both organizations!!! And thank you.

Ok The room smelled musty the AC was not cool enough and the shower wall had some blood stain.

A little R&R I really enjoyed my time at the Extended Stay Daytona the front desk was very friendly and helpful and the rooms was nice and clean. I will be returning back again.

not. but, definitely not friendly. The lady who was on the business trip with me had a emergency. I ask the lady at the desk ans staff if they had any courtesy tampons, they were rude and so not understanding. most hotels do have this in there first aid kit. they offer room service for supplies, bu again not helpful and did nothing when i report the phone in the room was broken

Unworthy of a working tub Tub was backed up and they put some liquid Plummer in the tub never checked it still back up we ask for cleaner to clean the tub that still wasn’t working Had to wait on maintenance ( never showed) the kindness of a housekeeper provided another room just to shower after constant calling missed family time for Christmas. Management attitude well we did accommodate you. After day two.. our money was great but we were not worth a shower. Shall I stay again.. how foolish of me
