Nice stay.. Overall good expirience, hallways smelled like cigarettes and very small selection for included breafast ( no OJ, Begals, Cookies etc) cust service was good and so was overall cleanliness..
UNTRAINED STAFF I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE FACT THAT I WAS PUT IN A SMOKING ROOM WITHOUT ANYONE ASKING ME IF I WANTED SMOKING OR NON SMOKING. THE ROOM AND THE WHOLE 3RD FLOOR STUNK LIKE CIGARETTES. I HAD ALREADY MOVED OUR STUFF IN SO I DIDNT ASK TO MOVE ALSO WHEN I WENT OUTSIDE TO GET SOMETHING I FORGOT THE PERSON BEHIND THE DESK STSRTED TRIED TO GET MY ATTENTION BY YELLING YO!YO! YO! WELL I DONT ANSWER TO YO!! THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Very clean, close to restaurants, stores, etc. Quiet, clean, comfortable room, friendly staff. Easy check-in, free coffee & snacks in the morning.
